Checked in online. I did not want the first available because I knew I would not be there for at least 30 mins so I did the online check-in with a stylist that showed would be available in 63 mins. I arrived at the shop 45 mins later well before the time that the online check-in allocated me and saw that I was at the top of the board next up. At that time there were 3 stylists there, all were cutting hair and there was no one else waiting. I asked the stylist closest to me if there was anything that I needed to do, and she instructed me to enter my phone number. I did and the board still had me on top next up. I sat down and waited. A guy walked in and approximated 5 mins later and when one the stylist was open; she took that guy back; she was the first stylist available and not the stylist that I selected so I totally understood this. Another guy walked in a few mins later, checked in and sat down. He was number 2 on the board (I was still in my #1 spot) and I could see he was going to have the same stylist as me. After sitting there 18 mins my name then disappeared off the board, I got a texted saying that I missed my appointment, the stylist that we had both selected came out and took the other guy back without saying a word to me; it is like I was invisible. I guess they thought I was just in there waiting on a bus or something. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Now for the 3rd time in 6 months I waited and waited and finally just left. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Wish it was better but I have noticed there is a lot of turnover there. Oh well. I want to use Sport Clips but guess I will wait to hear if service improves. One star is an overstatement. 0 stars should be an option.
