This place is the best I have been to. They all are really nice, very professional. Place is spotless, If you want a hair cut and done right the first time...This is your place, There isn't a lot of wait time between people either, besides Sports on every channel from front to back of the store...CHECK IT OUT...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED

Checked in online. I did not want the first available because I knew I would not be there for at least 30 mins so I did the online check-in with a stylist that showed would be available in 63 mins. I arrived at the shop 45 mins later well before the time that the online check-in allocated me and saw that I was at the top of the board next up. At that time there were 3 stylists there, all were cutting hair and there was no one else waiting. I asked the stylist closest to me if there was anything that I needed to do, and she instructed me to enter my phone number. I did and the board still had me on top next up. I sat down and waited. A guy walked in and approximated 5 mins later and when one the stylist was open; she took that guy back; she was the first stylist available and not the stylist that I selected so I totally understood this. Another guy walked in a few mins later, checked in and sat down. He was number 2 on the board (I was still in my #1 spot) and I could see he was going to have the same stylist as me. After sitting there 18 mins my name then disappeared off the board, I got a texted saying that I missed my appointment, the stylist that we had both selected came out and took the other guy back without saying a word to me; it is like I was invisible. I guess they thought I was just in there waiting on a bus or something. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I was visiting my in-laws this past weekend in Gloucester, Virginia and in dire need of a haircut. I was lucky to find Sport Clips. I walked in with no appointment and was in a stylist's chair in 15 minutes. My stylist told me that I was eligible for the first time customer special. The cut, the shampoo, the massaging chair, the hot towel, the neck and shoulder massage, and the very pleasant stylist all added up to one of the best hair cuts that I have received. I am so happy to learn that there is a Sport Clips not far from my home in suburban Philadelphia! I have found a new barbershop!

We drive an hour here about every other month and have never been unhappy with any part of the experience. I came in with my fiancé and my son. Tiffany did a fantasist job on my son as she has done several other times. However the manager of the salon did my fiancé Jerry’s hair, not only was she unprofessional but did a horrible job on his hair, the worst he’s ever gotten there. She was attempting to talk to Tiffany about scheduling issues in front of the clients. Tiffany hardly responded Bc she was very focused on cutting my sons hair. The other stylist was so distracted by other things she hasn’t focusing on the clinent in front of her. Neither of my guys will ever allow her to touch them again. Tiffany and Cindy y’all are great and we will be back. The manager however may need to stick to managing the salon.

Now for the 3rd time in 6 months I waited and waited and finally just left. Very disappointed in the lack of service. Wish it was better but I have noticed there is a lot of turnover there. Oh well. I want to use Sport Clips but guess I will wait to hear if service improves. One star is an overstatement. 0 stars should be an option.

Staci, the manger, gave me a great experience at Sportclips. She asked if I was a new client, or ever been to one, and gave me the full experience with every explaining detail. The cut is great and perfect. Thank you for the product suggestions. I tried the travel size before buying the full to see how well I like it in long term.

I didn't know anything about Sports Clips but my 13 yr old grandson knew about it. His hair had grown pretty long over the school year so I took him there in June and he really liked the the service and the cut. He is looking forward to getting his hair trimmed at Sports Clips again before school starts.
